An update you’re probably sick of hearing about, butttt… after calling the corporate office again today, I told them I was going to file a complaint with the FCC. They pretty much begged me not to do that, and I was like, “Well, then you better get this shit figured out, because I’m tired of it. If not, that’s what it’s coming down to.” Then, five minutes later, I see that I’m in an outage and that emergency maintenance is being done. 😂 I just received a call telling me they figured out what’s going on and are working on it. They said they’ll be working on it the rest of the day and overnight, but they have to wait until maintenance hours because it’s going to knock a large portion of people offline. Apparently, it’s a bigger issue than they initially thought. They should have a better answer for me tomorrow, if it’s not fixed by the morning. So, we’ll see. 😂 In some ways, I may just be the neighborhood superhero. 🦸‍♂️ I hate having to be an asshole it should never have to come to that but hey, I guess it gets shit done. 🤣

Having a tech and a supervisor come out tonight to look at my internet. Hopefully they can figure out WTF is going on because I’ve about had it lol. They said everything in the area is working much better and should be damn near back to normal, but as of yesterday, it was still getting messed up if I used it for more than 20–30 minutes at a time. 😤😤😤
