I'm pretty sure that Lila will suspect Cat Noir of being Adrien, at least from the moment she gets replay value. We've already seen Lila and with replay value at the events of secret protocol and Lila could have noticed the way Cat Noir reacted when Marinette got kidnapped.

Chrysalis better lock in and starts making Cat Noir and the other miraculers more suspicious on Ladybug because there is most likely a reason why her arc will only last 3 seasons. But to be fair at least she accomplished a lot of things especially in the London special.
