The ideal founder fit is a Solo founders with HR or tech background: - An ex-tech-recruiter - ex-comp-analyst who spent 5+ years inside FAANG or a Series C+ startup - 10K+ LinkedIn followers - Wants to solo-consult Why: They already know the counter scripts, they read the risk signals faster than any AI, and their name on the landing page closes the trust gap that a no-name founder cannot close at any price. Second-best: a career-content YouTuber with 50K+ subscribers pivoting from ads to services.

Can you name your customer and call them today? Most people who say they are working on a business can't name their ICP I tweeted a $10 million idea: workouts for desk workers. Someone built the app. The headline on it was "your smartest workout companion ever." Who is that for? Change the headline to "you have eight hours at your desk." I download the app immediately. A small niche feels like you cut off most of the market. But would you look for a goldfish in the ocean or in a fish bowl? Before you build, fill in this line: I am building [type of business] for [type of person] at [kind of company] who has [this pain] and buys [this] today.

AI knows everything. But you still don't know - how to get customers - what business model is best - what landing page copy to test next Here's how Idea Browser gives you the insights you need for your business 1) Tell your AI to dump everything into a markdown file 2) Run the Market Map skill with the Idea Browser MCP 3) Get a map that coaches you through building your business The Market Map gives you - the shape of the business - the business model - your ICP - the offer - the landing page - lead magnet ideas - VSL scripts - the outreach plan Every artifact you build goes back into Idea Browser. Open the project next week and it tells you where you stopped and what comes next. Pro accounts have no cap on the agentic flows. You connect your own model subscription, so the usage cost is yours. Idea Browser is "the strategy consultant layer" for your business.

This can compound into a huge business with a realistic ceiling of $10M+ ARR The goal is to build the Upwork of remote Waymo drivers for heavy machinery. This would have sounded insane a few years ago.. now it's possible. Here's how I’d start 1) Partner with Teleo, a company that adds remote controls to construction machines to get trained. 2) Create short-form content on new work from home employment / side gig opportunities. 3) Build the #1 training digital first training. Sell it back to Teleo and other partners 4) Build a vetted network of on-demand operators where construction companies and operators can connect. This will take some time to build the network effect. But a B2B enterprise network is a good AI proof moat.

Where does Idea Browser get its business ideas? We collect complaints and requests from all across the internet. Then we analyze and aggregate them for you. One niche is e-bike mechanics. People lose time when they make sure that parts are compatible. If you know a lot about e-bikes, you can build a parts database for e-bikes. "I did not know that that was a thing until right this second." Each niche also shows the budget range and the willingness to pay. Browsing is fun. I use it when I do not want to work and I want to get curious. Replace your TikTok doom scrolling with Idea Browser. Read the complaints in your own hobby or trade and see what pops out at you.

The ideal founder is - a technical solo operator - shipped 2+ Lovable/Bolt/v0 sites end-to-end - SEO or DevOps background - comfortable posting daily in public. Bonus points if they already answer questions in r/lovable or r/boltnewbuilders. The founder does not need to be a great coder because AI agents write the fixes They need to be great at diagnosis, sales, and community trust.

Outbid made $258,000 in 22 days. It's just a leaderboard where people pay to get the top rank. 1.5 million visitors came to the site. Marc Lou used the same concept to brand his body for the Hyrox race. Companies bought $112,000 of ad space. The leaderboard is not a permanent business. When you see a new habit on your X feed, ask what you can do with it.

The realistic ceiling for a solo founder would be $400K ARR but it's really simple to get it off the ground: 1) Start as a service... offer a service on Upwork, Fiverr, Reddit, X. 2) Build an agent that applies for Upwork listing. 3) Turn the service into an agent that goes from URL to deliverable. 4) Don't sell it as a software. Sell it as a service with fast, low-risk outcome. More $$$

How can a 2-person team run a $50K service MRR business? One of our Idea Browser members did it in med tech. He used Idea Browser to productized his sales experience and his industry knowledge into a product. His offer is now an agent as a service for contract manufacturers of medical equipment. AI agents give the service to the sales team of the client. He started with small agent projects at $2,000 and $3,000 per month. Then he sent a large proposal. The client bought a retainer for a full year. Now his team is him and 1 developer. Before, you had to hire 5 people to sell a deliverable. Make your experience into a product. Then sell a small agent project first.

Cursor started as CAD software. The team then pivoted to email software, and the agentic product came later. 4 years later, SpaceX agreed to buy the company for $60 billion. Pivots happen more than 50 percent of the time. A week with no decision costs you a week. The result moves further away each time. Pick one idea. Start the reps this week.

How many people in the world use coding agents? 0.14% Pay for an AI subscription and you join the 1%. Most of the world uses a free chatbot, or no AI at all. You are incredibly early. No one is coming to save you. Become a founder. Get a promotion. Start a side hustle. Partner with someone. The work pays you nothing, then nothing, then everything. The days go up and down. The decades compound. Start building.
