Why are putting quotations around a phrase he didn't say? He said "would be only the FOURTH African-American elected governor in the U.S. since Reconstruction."

busted...i should have used nested quotes to correct his incorrect statement. i should also capitalize &leave spaces after ampersands . there's also the over-use of "..." for effect. you sure won that one!!! it's good you're one of those who sees the trees through the forest!
