"Power up" on Seat Check Saturday. Have your car seats & booster seats checked. Booster seats only make up about 5% of seat checks, but when a booster does get checked, roughly 2/3 need adjustment. A Child Passenger Safety Technician can turn "close enough" into “expert level."

There's one more level in our safety game: ride in the back seat until age 13. We don't want to skip any levels and our young rider is no match for a vehicle's frontal airbag. Staying in the back seat is an automatic win every ride. @NCPSB @NSCsafety
