We do an employee get together when AEW comes to town, we’ve done it a few years now. When “PAC” was on the card, I enjoyed watching him. This is sad, at 40, he had so much life yet to live. My condolences to his family, his friends, and those he shared a locker room with.

A native of Newcastle upon Tyne, England, Satterley began his wrestling career in 2004 and went on to perform for wrestling organizations all over the world, captivating fans with innovative high-flying moves and incredible in-ring ability. Pac signed with All Elite Wrestling in 2019 and held multiple AEW Championships and competed in some of the most memorable matches in AEW history. Our condolences go out to Satterley’s family, friends and fans.

I would agree, there is merit in his success as an independent driver/owner, something that has sadly gone by the wayside. Jimmy Means, Dave Marcis, and even H.B. Bailey belonged in the sport as much as the big names, they were part of a solid foundation.

I love it when a guy who has quite literally learned the ‘art’ of pitching, knows the nuances, no matter how subtle, and has excelled at all levels of play succinctly shuts down a dude who thinks he has traveled Homer’s Odyssey just to get his “but…but…” off.

I had not seen Barry Bonds do any television outside of his playing days until the MLB played at Rickwood Field the week after Wille Mays passed. Since then, I have actually enjoyed Barry, maybe for the first time in my life. He’s ‘let his hair down,’ and it made last night fun.

Will Clark is exactly who I thought he was, and I still love him for it forty years later. Controversial thoughts? Sure. Honesty on the topic? I would expect nothing less. Will knows his fundamentals, you weren’t asking him to coach just because he appeared on a baseball card.
