here's my unheard journey in 2026 started this year with 2 jobs and i lost everything in January one was a long term contract which started from like August in 2025. did it for like for 5 months and then came the draining part...lost everything i lost everything due to the bear market. client reached out and told me we can't continue but I was on a heavy contract and the other one? i don't know exactly what happened but dude didn't message me again after working for a month i taught everything would come back to me with ease. what a lie haha then a project reached out in february for a long term partnership. worked for over 5 solid months with no pay and within this period i was learning data analysis, preparing for youth service and looking for a 9-5 job. fast forward to June where everything fell off (couldn't even pay for a checkmark) and was sick for the entire month July got worse (my birth month) where everything fell apart with myself stopped sending cold dms, applying for partnerships, filling of forms i used this period to focus on my relationship with God which was gone - lost faith in him and stopped going to church then came my birthday which was empty with zero celebrations. sat on my bed and asked where did my 5 figure portfolio go then it hit me that I've been unemployed for how many months...you do the math August was the turning point. someone connected me to a friend which gave me my first deal since January then last month i got another one. someone reached out to me on telegram proposing a long term partnership which changed my year (currently working with two clients) with high 3 figure deals so don't give up my friend i believe you're going to win soon 🫶🏻❤️ might probably delete this.... don't know haha

i quit. for good.💔 all i see on ct are people claiming to make 6–7 figures every month, but nobody really talks about people like me. i’m 19 and made my first $30k in this space around the time trump launched his token. since then, i’ve managed to rinse through that entire $30k for the past two years, i’ve consistently lost around 5–10 sol every month, money that was supposed to be my allowance for going out and enjoying life. there have even been days when i’ve gone without food because i spent everything gambling on memecoins. every time i load up, i get a little glimpse of what success could look like. whether it’s fumbling a potential $100k, calling 100x plays or making 10+ sol in a single day, i always find a way to give it all back. when i’m down, i revenge trade trying to recover my losses. when i’m up, i get carried away, gamble more and oversize positions on absolute slop. the worst part is that i’ve known these were my problems for over 10 months, yet i’ve done nothing to change my behaviour. that’s why quitting feels like the smartest decision i can make right now. i’ve completely lost my sense of the value of money because of this space. i’ve spent the past two years convincing myself that if i just keep going, stay hungry and never give up, eventually i’ll make it. but sometimes, you need to accept that something isn’t working for you and have the courage to walk away. the whole narrative about never quitting, staying hungry and grinding until you make it is often pushed by people selling courses and making their money off other people’s dreams. in the past three days alone, i’ve lost roughly four times the average monthly salary in Canada, yet somehow, i still struggle to tell myself that enough is enough. i’m not sharing this because i want donations or sympathy. i just wanted to share the perspective of someone who’s spent the past two years trying to make it in this space and ended up losing more than he gained. not everyone on ct is making money. behind all the screenshots, winning trades and six figure claims, there are people quietly losing everything while trying to find their breakthrough. sometimes, knowing when to walk away is also a form of winning. i genuinely hope everyone reading this makes it. ❤️
