Why do you with your $100 hardware home node and free software feel entitled to having the same influence over the protocol as entities who invested hundreds of millions of dollars to secure this network? Do you want socialism or capitalism?

Mining is an free open market, majority hashrate “colluding”is called consensus and it has always worked like this
Don’t like it? BIP110 buddies can purchase machines and put in PoW to compete

This idea that miners follow nodes stems from a fundamental misunderstanding of how bitcoin operates, they are fairy tales told by Core and Andy Back from 2015 and onward
