Meeting @noahkagan was not on my 2025 roadmap. Build in public >>> Build in private ( except in cybersecurity)

I’m already in and have Claude Team for a year at no cost and it took me 5 minutes. -> Go to claude.com/es/programs/start… and register your startup. -> You need to use your startup's domain and fill in some information. -> You get accepted within a few minutes. -> You can use Claude Team for yourself and your team.

The person who made this did not travel that much I’m afraid
once ASI is here and living somewhere because of "work" becomes pointless, people with money will just move to the nicest places on earth Mediterranean climate, ocean, mountains, good food, beautiful isolated towns places like this are going to become insanely valuable probably worth buying real estate there now

I love my fellow spaniards, but I hate them as clients. Is this normal or is just me?

Most people give up when they don't see results, but that is where they go wrong. If you look at most content-posting accounts, it took a lot of effort for them to break into their niche, but that is the only way to win this game. -> Try out different formats. ->Identify the ones with the best views and retention. ->Refine them until you hit the jackpot. ->Once you do, replicate 80% of the formula and innovate with the remaining 20%. ->80% of the content you create should be based on what is already working; use the other 20% to experiment—after all, nothing lasts forever. But always keep it posting, every god damn day.
This Instagram strategy is a guaranteed winner for generating leads, expanding your reach, and going viral: - Create a Reel (works like TikTok)that gets shown to a broad audience that does not know you. - In that same Reel, share information or value relevant to your niche (in my case, it’s about jobs). - In the video caption, include your search keywords and add a call to action: "Comment 'X' and I'll send you the links, PDF, etc." Everyone who comments becomes a highly valuable lead; they engage to get the information, and their interaction boosts your engagement, prompting the algorithm to show the video to even more people. TIP: Always reply to people who have just commented; they are the most likely to open your message and have the most pressing need. IMPORTANT: Use a tracking code with your link so that, if they convert, you know exactly which video they came from. Remember, consistency is key: keep posting daily and experiment with new ideas to see what drives the best conversions.

Spain is cooked, but it’s our fault. I create content to promote my apps in two different markets: Spain and the US. The cultural differences are huuuuge. When I create content for the US market and something goes viral: - Local businesses invite you to visit their locations (sometimes even offering you a treat). + if you give them more views. - People ask to collaborate with you, even those with larger followings. - There is a very strong entrepreneurial culture. - When they try the app, they send emails with feedback and suggestions for features they’d like to see. However, with the Spanish account (which actually has more followers): - People complain in the comments that the app isn't free. - You have to chase after influencers, who often don't even reply. - A company might thank you for the mention, but that’s where it ends. - People leave negative reviews for the app (often based on things they didn't read properly). People complain a lot about the current situation, but the problem isn't something that will be fixed by one president or another; it’s rooted in our culture, and unfortunately, that isn't something a government can change.

When people ask me if there’s a future for people with AI around, or if it spells the end for SaaS... This guy (@wickedguro ) made his Postiz repository public, and yet he’s still at $2M ARR.

Now that Apple has approved my retention messages, I’m setting everything up. I have to say, @Superwall made it easy, but here is what I’ve selected: -> If a user cancels, they are shown a message offering them a plan at 50% of the price if they switch to monthly billing. -> If a user is on an annual plan, they are shown an option to pay for the app once for lifetime access. We’ll see how well this converts; Apple still needs to review and approve it.
