I have some personal news to share... I am an MSc graduate in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence from Queen Mary University of London, having been awarded a Distinction. I must say I am humbled by the recognition and, I’ll admit, a little surprised.

Demand laws that allow disputed service charges to be payable to courts and only passed onto landlords if they can prove they are legitimate. Otherwise, return the money to the tenant / resident.
End the 'pay now, challenge later' rule that leaves tenants and residents out of pocket, gives an advantage to landlords who overcharge, and leaves no incentive for them to investigate inaccuracies.
