1/8 I started saving $1 a day in Bitcoin about a year ago. Small amounts. Consistent. I watched my sats grow while everything around me got more expensive. Something clicked that hadn't from reading about it. Then I started asking harder questions.

Bitcoin is not a way to get rich quick. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. Bitcoin is a tool... ⚡️for saving in something with a fixed supply, ⚡️for sending money across borders, ⚡️for financial privacy and self-sovereignty. Yes it's volatile and it requires patience, learning, and realistic expectations. But for people who approach it as a tool, it's one of the most powerful financial tools ever created. The Minmo Agents know this and they’re building their community to know this as well.

No marketing budget can compete with one satisfied customer telling their friends about you. Word of mouth is how trust scales. When someone you've served well tells their cousin, their colleague, or their WhatsApp group, that recommendation carries weight no advertisement can match. As a Minmo Agent, your job is to make every swap worth talking about. This happens when you’re fast, fair and (most importantly) human. The rest takes care of itself.

We’ve been on a side-quest, and we have good news from the other side! 40 million Kenyans now have a bitcoin Lightning Address! They didn’t need to sign up for one because they had it this entire time, attached to the phone number in their pocket! Try it: send bitcoin to 0717252303@bitcoin.co.ke (254 is optional). The BTC arrives as KES in their M-Pesa. ⚡ EVERY M-Pesa number works. All 40,000,000. Wallets with LUD-09 support give you a nice clickable link to see your M-Pesa receipt. For example: bitcoin.co.ke/receipt/6528a4…

As funny as this video is, it perfectly shows the reality of inflation. More money printed doesn’t mean more value, it means your purchasing power slowly disappears. Your savings buy less & your future becomes harder to plan for. Inflation touches every part of your life: how you eat, live, plan for the future, even your peace of mind. When M-Pesa launched, it relied on a network of human agents. These were people in local shops and businesses who helped customers send and receive mobile money. Those agents were the bridge between new technology and everyday people. Without them, M-Pesa was just software. With them, it became a revolution. Minmo agents are the same bridge but for Bitcoin. And the pattern is familiar: trusted humans, serving their communities, with professional tools that make them reliable and effective. The M-Pesa agent who started in 2007 with little liquidity and a notebook? Some of those agents now run significant businesses. The same trajectory is possible for Minmo agents who start today and stick with it. Stay close.

The best technology in the world means nothing if people can't access it. Bitcoin doesn't need better marketing. It needs better bridges. And these bridges must be human. 🌉 People in communities who understand Bitcoin can help others take their first step. That's the conviction behind everything we're building at Minmo. Not a slicker app. Not a faster exchange. A network of trusted people with the tools to serve their communities professionally.

Right now, Minmo agents across four countries are testing the Minmo App in real scenarios. ✅They're completing swaps. ✅They're finding bugs. ✅They're telling us what works and what doesn't. ✅They're shaping the product before it reaches the wider community. This testing phase matters. It's how we make sure that when Minmo is ready for your community, it actually works in practice. That's how you build something people can depend on.

Before building Minmo Alpha, we ran a pilot. One agent. One market (Kenya). Twelve months. The results surprised even us. 🤩Over 8,900 swap requests. 🤩Over 6,600 completed. 🤩82.62 million sats of total volume (nearly 0.82 BTC) flowing through a single trusted agent. Most swaps were tiny. People converting 20 KES (about $0.16 USD) to Bitcoin to buy internet access through @satenetorg. But we also saw individuals converting up to 50,000 KES (almost $400 USD) in a single swap. And doing it repeatedly. What the pilot proved: ✅Bitcoin demand already exists. ✅Trusted local people will professionalise their facilitation when given the tools. ✅The model produces repeat usage, not one-off experiments. ✅And volume grows as agent reputation grows. Those lessons are the foundation of everything we're building now with Minmo Alpha.

If people in your community ask you to help them buy Bitcoin, you might already be doing what a Minmo agent does. If you've ever walked someone through their first Bitcoin purchase. If you've ever converted cash to sats for a friend. If you've ever been "the Bitcoin person" in your WhatsApp group. You're already an agent. You're just doing it without professional tools. No escrow. No dispute resolution. No rate management. No way to scale. We're building those tools. And when they're ready, they're built for people like you. Stay close.

P2P marketplaces connect anonymous buyers and sellers. The relationship is between you and the platform. No professional tools. No community context. The Minmo model is different. The relationship is between the agent and their community. Not between a user and a platform. The agent shares their own swap link in their own channels. They serve people they know and build relationships with new people. They cultivate trust within their communities. Agents get real tools — a mobile dashboard, escrow, dispute resolution, and rate management. Not just a listing page. Users don't need accounts. They don’t need identity documents. They swap with someone they trust. Minmo is an agent infrastructure, not a marketplace.

In every community, there's someone people go to when they need help with money. Someone who knows how things work. Someone who's trusted. A Minmo agent is that person. Minmo equips them with tools to help their community buy and sell Bitcoin professionally. Through these tools, these trusted community members earn fees helping their neighbours access bitcoin. The agent model isn't new. M-Pesa built an entire mobile money revolution on it. We're applying the same idea to Bitcoin — trusted local people, professional tools, community-first service. More on this soon.

We started Minmo because we watched the same thing happen in community after community. People wanted Bitcoin. They couldn't access it through exchanges — no bank account, no ID, no technical confidence. But they had something better: they had someone in their community who understood Bitcoin and was willing to help. Those people were doing incredible work. 💬Facilitating swaps over WhatsApp. 🤝Managing trust manually. 💪Taking real risk with no safety net. We thought: what if those people had professional tools? What if they had escrow? Dispute resolution? A swap link they could share? A wallet they controlled? That's why Minmo exists. ⚡️ To equip the people who are already doing this work and to help thousands more join them.

7.1 billion people live in the Global South. Most of them are inside monetary systems that are failing — currencies losing value, banks that are hard to access, and financial tools that weren't built for them. Bitcoin is a dependable global monetary system. Open to anyone. Fixed supply. Permissionless. But Bitcoin is still inaccessible to the people who need it most. Centralised exchanges require bank accounts, IDs, and technical confidence that most people don't have. What's missing is the bridge that connects the people to Bitcoin. That bridge is human. And that's what Minmo is building.💪
