🌕 September’s Full Harvest Moon is lighting up the night sky tonight! Unlike many traditional Full Moon names, the Harvest Moon isn’t tied to a specific month. It’s the name given to the Full Moon that falls closest to the September equinox. This year, that’s September’s Moon. Around the timing of the Harvest Moon, the Moon rises at roughly the same time for several evenings in a row across much of the Northern Hemisphere. 🇺🇸🇯🇵 We have been honored to welcome U.S. Congressional staff members and other representatives to ispace’s “Earth Base” Nihonbashi office in Tokyo through visits coordinated in collaboration with the Embassy of Japan in the United States. Across the two visits, 16 members of the U.S. Congressional community joined us for a tour of our facilities where we shared about our lunar exploration activities, global operations, and our vision for building a sustainable cislunar economy. The visits also provided a valuable opportunity to exchange perspectives on the future of lunar development, the evolving cislunar environment, and opportunities for continued cooperation between Japan and the United States in space. We are grateful to all of the Congressional staff members, as well as our colleagues at the Embassy of Japan in the United States, U.S. Embassy in Japan and JICE, for making these visits possible and for taking the time to engage with our team. ispace-U.S. and Argo Space (@argolunarwater) have finalized an agreement to deliver Alpine, the first satellite in ispace’s planned Lunar Connect constellation, to lunar orbit as early as 2027! 🇪🇺🌕 We were delighted to join the global space community in France for the International Space Summit! ispace Founder & CEO Takeshi Hakamada joined a panel on lunar exploration, discussing how science, technology, and commercial capabilities can come together to advance exploration of the Moon. During the summit, Hakamada-san, Julien Lamamy, CEO of ispace-EUROPE, and Charlotte Nassey, Senior Government Affairs and Policy Lead, also had the opportunity to meet with Luxembourg Prime Minister Luc Frieden and discuss the growing role of Luxembourg and Europe in the future of lunar exploration. 🌕💁‍♀️🚀 We were excited to welcome participants of the Yamada Shintaro D&I Foundation’s “Girls Meet STEM” program to ispace’s Earth Base Tokyo as part of our Lunar Academy educational program! Designed for middle and high school girls interested in STEM, the event gave participants a chance to learn what it’s like to work at the forefront of lunar exploration. Women engineers from ispace shared their own educational and career journeys, offering inspiration and encouragement with an inside look at the different paths that can lead to a career in the space industry. 🛠️ 📡 Participants also put their creativity and teamwork to the test by building their own lunar lander models, before stepping into a mission control experience to learn more about what it takes to operate a lunar mission. We were honored to share the Structural Model (SM) of our ULTRA lunar lander, being developed for Mission 3 at Carim Engineering’s clean room in Kitakyushu, southern Japan, with Deputy Mayor of Kitakyushu City Kenichi Katayama. During the visit, ispace CFO & Executive Business Director Jumpei Nozaki and Yoshitsugu Hitachi, EVP of Japan Mission Management, had the opportunity to introduce our business and provided an overview of the various components and systems visible on the SM.   We are proud of our collaborations with local communities as we build a secure supply chain connecting Earth and the Moon.   Stay tuned for more ULTRA SM assembly, integration, and testing (AIT) footage in the coming days and weeks!

We were delighted to welcome our shareholders for a special tour, invited through a lottery, to view the ULTRA lander Structural Model at Carim Engineering’s high-performance clean room in Kitakyushu, southern Japan! The tour involved interacting with our engineers and up-close viewing of the test model of the lander, providing an inside glimpse into of the technology and ispace's development efforts. It was a pleasure to be able to share our passion and progress with our shareholders, and we thank them for their continued support of our vision!
