@IndiGo6E I urgently need help. My senior-citizen parents are travelling on 10 Dec (PNR: R7GNPZ). The Ahmedabad → Delhi flight has been cancelled, but the connecting Delhi → Jharsuguda flight is still operating. This makes the journey impossible and leaves them stranded!

We booked via @MakeMyTrip, and they say they can refund only after IndiGo approves it. Since this cancellation is entirely from IndiGo’s side, please immediately authorize a full refund to MMT and provide support.

As a Platinum member @makemytrip @makemytripcare , I expected transparency. A "guaranteed room upgrade" isn’t "subject to availability." False promises & rude customer care leave a sour taste. Why mislead loyal customers? Disappointed. #CustomerExperience #Fraud
