And what would happen if Bob pissed off 2 of the 3 friends?
Maybe months ago 1 of the 3 was found to be doing shady stuff…and then got into it with one of the other friends for different reasons.
And another friend in the group had a witnessed a bank robbery as a child…

Friend #1 aint gon say nuthin because if he did he’d be telling on himself too and seen as a hater. He didn’t rob the bank either but he sat in the getaway car. He’s often heard spitting and yelling - telling ppl the city he’s from. The ringleader could slide him 💵 and he 🤫🤐🫢

If you accuse somebody of something and they say they’re goin to sue, don’t share your receipts until you get to court. This way it’s on PUBLIC record.
Give the proof to 2-3 randoms strategically with instructions in the event of ur demise.
And remember…

If they’re guilty and multiple ppl are involved there’s a good chance that the guilty won’t sue bcuz they don’t want their business out in the street. Unless they can intimidate the others.
If they’re innocent you’re finished bcuz you can’t just say anything about anybody.

You don’t have to be committing the crime to be liable or found guilty.
Negligence = guilty
Knowledge = guilty
Failure to act = guilty
Not always…but if the shoe fits….

Guilty isn’t just action. Guilty could simply be knowledge. If you knew about or overheard Bob planning to rob a bank but you didn’t rob the bank and you did nothing to stop Bob - YOU ARE GUILTY TOO.
