Getting ready to hot water process about 11 quarts of tomato sauce I made today. That will go in the pantry with 15 quarts already done.
I think I have one small batch still in the garden, maybe three or 4 quarts.
It鈥檚 been a really good year for harvest from the garden!

Used my favorite chicken cutlets with apples recipe and used wild turkey instead. Cut up wild turkey breast and pounded the meat into cutlets. No pretty pictures of this turkey as it landed it the flooded field when I shot. Used wild apples from the farm too. #eatwild
