Oh, you know, just having dinner with a bunch of geniuses, including (NBD) the co-inventor of blockchain, Dr. W. Scott Stornetta! 🤯🚀⛓️ (Three seats down from me, on the right. 😁)
In 1991, Scott and Stuart Haber published the groundbreaking “How to Time-Stamp a Digital Document,” helping lay the foundation for what we now know as blockchain. Their work was later cited three times in Satoshi Nakamoto’s Bitcoin white paper. 💯
Pretty wild to be sitting around a dinner table talking about where blockchain technology started, and where it’s going next.
Happy to be here in Charleston with the South Carolina Emerging Technology Association and such a brilliant group of people. 🚀
