BET hired me a few years ago to do a series for World AIDS Day and it was easily some of the most impactful reporting I’ve done. It sucks to know that’s no longer available. So many incredible advocates and experts spoke to me in an effort to educate & continue breaking stigmas.
BET Digital has permanently removed all its digital news articles from its website to 'prioritize video content,' I'm told. Years of news articles are now gone forever.

Some of the most notable trends: Job requirements have increased significantly but not benefits, and DEI language is a lot more toned down now.
Job titles also got a lot more inflated and nebulous — essentially a way for companies to add more responsibilities to one job.
