To clarify, this isn't Windows streaming on the PS5; I recreated the Windows userland, Proton doesn't have one, as far as I know, and I also had to create a windowing system, just like I did on Mosaic. The app you see is Notepad

The video looks terrible because of X's compression; if you send a 4K video in private chat, it'll ruin the quality completely.
