🇺🇸 CLARITY ACT - WHAT IF CONGRESS DOESN’T PASS IT?
🇺🇸America Deserves to Continue leading the Financial Capital of the World 🇺🇸 and the #Crypto Capital of the world. This is my Stance and i will explain Why in different post.
📌We need the CLARITY Act , but if Congress fails to pass it, there may still be another route forward.
⚠️If Congress does not pass the CLARITY Act, the President cannot simply sign it into law by himself.
👉The process must still be: House ( Passed 294–134 vote) → Senate ( Pending) → President → LAW
💡However, the President can still push meaningful crypto clarity through the #SEC, #CFTC, Treasury and executive actions. That can give the market clearer rules around securities, commodities, enforcement and how crypto businesses operate.
🚨But there is one major difference:
☑️Agency / Executive clarity = can be changed more easily by a future administration or regulators.
✅CLARITY Act = becomes federal law, making the framework far more durable and difficult to reverse.
💡So if CLARITY fails, crypto does not automatically go back to zero clarity. The administration can still provide substantial regulatory clarity.
But:
☑️Executive clarity = clarity for now.
✅CLARITY Act = clarity with long-term legal durability. 🇺🇸🔑
