V1 DEMO - NOW LIVE 🦾
Let your agent find and pay for what it needs
We believe the agent-to-agent economy will grow exponentially, with agents buying data, tools and services from one another. We want to accelerate that by making those interactions easier, whether your agent works for you or your business.
Superstables is building the tools for your agent to find a service, check its price and pay through your wallet, with your permission. You can choose whether you want to approve one purchase at a time or set a budget that gives your agent more autonomy.
What that means for you
Imagine asking your agent to research a market. It finds a paid data source that would help, shows you the price and asks for approval. You approve the payment in your wallet, and the agent returns the data together with a payment receipt. The demo below shows that payment flow.
The broader goal is to let your agent use services across supported payment protocols and rails through one connection to Superstables. You should not need a different payment tool for each ecosystem. Superstables handles the differences while you control the spending permissions: approve purchases one at a time, set a spending budget, or even allocate a dedicated wallet.
The same idea for developers and enterprises
Developers could add this capability to their own agents and apps. Enterprises could let their agents buy services within approved budgets and keep a record of what was paid and received. Service providers could make their offerings discoverable through the marketplace.
V1 is working toward that common payment interface, owner-controlled budgets, and reliable records and recovery. It also includes opt-in seller fees for customers acquired through the marketplace.
What the video demonstrates
Your agent finds it. You approve it. The video demonstrates the first owner-approved payment flow using x402, test USDC and Base Sepolia in Claude Desktop.
Claude finds a paid market-data service and presents its quote. The user opens the payment request and reviews 0.01 test USDC on Base Sepolia, including the recipient. The user then confirms the signature in MetaMask.
Claude returns the BTC result and a receipt link. The recording ends on the Base Sepolia explorer showing the successful transaction and transfer.
This example uses 0.01 test USDC. It demonstrates one payment path; multi-protocol payments and delegated budgets are not shown.
Try it yourself
Start at the Superstables demo page. Claude Desktop is the guided path shown in the video. You will need Node.js 20 or newer, MetaMask and test USDC on Base Sepolia.
Download the .mcpb extension from the v0.1.0 release. Follow the demo page to install and enable it in Claude Desktop.
Prepare a test account in MetaMask using the wallet setup guide.
Start a new conversation with Superstables enabled and ask:
Find a paid BTC market-data service on Base Sepolia that you can call. Show me its price before I approve any payment.
When you choose to proceed, open the approval page, review the payment terms and check them again in MetaMask before signing.
Share demo feedback: tell us what worked, where you stopped, or which paid service you would want an agent to use. Setup feedback is useful too.
Short FAQ
Can the agent spend without asking me?
The current demo requires approval for every payment. V1 plans to let you grant a spending budget, see what remains and revoke permission. That is not available in this demo.
Which protocols and rails can I use today?
Client v0.1.0 supports x402's exact scheme with test USDC on Base Sepolia. The multi-rail goal is broader. Check each release's supported combinations.
Does it work with other AI apps?
The release reports payment-flow testing in Claude Desktop and Claude Code. Setup instructions are also available for Codex, Cursor and VS Code with GitHub Copilot.
What if a payment is interrupted or the service fails?
Check the payment status before trying again. The client does not automatically retry an uncertain payment. It records payment and service outcomes separately, because a payment can settle even if the service fails.
Current limitations
The demo has no mainnet or unattended-payment mode. Start with the supported demo services; other listings may be discoverable without being callable. In the default flow, your signing key stays in MetaMask. Setup is required.
