I've always thought Lease to Own was an evolution of parking income, i.e recurring revenue that smooths out the peaks and troughs of BIN income.
We did some analysis on top Afternic portfolios recently and found Lease to Own enabled domains sell up to 3x faster than BIN alone.
I earn over $5k monthly from LTO payments and it takes a lot of pressure away during tbe slow months. It’s a game changer and very much worth it in my opinion
