SpaceXAI team just compressed 1 month of GrokBot learning into 3-hour course: from "What is GrokBot?" to automating your entire life 24/7: 0% → 0:35 - what is GrokBot from scratch 30% → 34:17 - first Grok Bot team with workflow from team 45% → 42:40 - run +20 GrokBots in graph & loop 75% → 57:51 - Chief of Staff and PM: delegate the delegation 100% → 1:08:09 - full 24/7 GrokBot company that automate 100% of life + real case on building from SpaceXAI Most courses teach an agent to answer. GrokBot’s creators teach an entire team to keep executing after you leave - and this is the course worth returning to again and again Watch SpaceXAI replace people with GrokBots - then learn every detail of launching your first system below ↓

If your users live in Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or Grok Bot, MCP-first is the product. They already have an agent. They don't want another dashboard. They want a small set of tools the agent can claim, run, and report. UI becomes the control plane. MCP becomes how the work actually moves.

Your first company does not need to start with an idea. It can start with friction. Solve a problem in your own life, something annoying, repetitive, expensive, or harder than it should be. Build the smallest solution you can. Maybe nobody pays for it. That’s fine. You solved a real problem, learned how to ship, and now have something useful to share: “I built this because I needed it. Maybe you need it too.” But pay close attention to the problems you encounter while building. Maybe authentication is painful. Payments keep failing. Emails don’t arrive. Analytics tell you nothing. SEO requires too much manual work. The original product may not be the company. The tool you needed to build it might be. And if you genuinely can’t find a problem of your own, don’t start from a blank page. Browse @trust_mrr, find small companies already making money, and study what the market has already validated. Then ask: Can I make this simpler? Faster? Cheaper? More reliable? More focused on a specific customer? Don’t blindly clone the product. Start from proven demand and find your own advantage. Then build. You’ll encounter friction again. Pay attention to it. Ideas are abundant. Friction is evidence.
building a $1m business for the second time. weeks 1-2 recap. i talk about: - posting on X after years of being quiet - blowing up - new algo vs old algo - what has changed and what is the same this is why i hate video compared to long form writing. i forgot to state the most obvious thing. that before everything else, the point is to: - do INTERESTING, USEFUL AND DIFFERENT things - and SHARE them with the world now, after that, HOW you share those things with the world is what i'm talking about here. in long form writing, i can go back and refine my thoughts and arguments until they are complete. with video, i just vomit my thoughts and it's over. i guess i will either have to accept that this medium is for spitting out half-baked thoughts. or talk about concepts from my books that i have thought about deeply. not sure.

Been seeing this a lot lately with tech people, especially solo founders. The anxiety of “not missing the opportunity” is making everyone burn out and forget that health is what actually matters most. If you’re not okay, you end up building things without soul or real value. Good work, creativity, and innovation only come from energy, and energy comes from sleeping well, eating decently, moving your body, getting sunlight, and actually touching grass. Take care of yourself first, man. The updates can wait a little. You'll come back much stronger and make better stuff when you’re recharged.
I’ve reached a burnt out of nowhere I get tired just from looking at my mac I want to work, but i’m so fucking tired And I can’t not push updates, because how’s gotta fucking make the money for me? This is the path I chose I’m not saying I want to quit, but right now it’s hard to have the energy to keep going these days

When are you going to stop customizing your setup and start shipping something?

You will die! A year later, only your loved ones will remember you. Perhaps 50 years from that, no one will. thanks @marclou!
You will die. Your apps will disappear. Your tweets will be forgotten. That’s what I tell myself everyday so I don’t get too emotionally attached to the outcome. Enjoy building. Enjoy today. The journey is all there is.

My fastest AI coding setup: • Luna High plans + reviews • Grok Build implements • CI runs checks • Sol High only for high-risk or complex changes Prompt: “Open Herdr Spawn Grok to implement and Luna to review. Escalate to Sol only when necessary.”
Morning. The last 48 hours of Codex and ChatGPT Work have been intense! Three important updates: - Temporarily removing the 5 hour usage limit restriction for all Plus, Business and Pro plans - Rolling out changes that will make GPT 5.6 Sol more efficient across the board and that will be reflected in less usage being used so that it can take you further. Exact impact to be quantified and shared - We hit 6M active users, and are landing a usage reset in the next hour Go do things

I’m learning a lot from this. Biggest takeaway: don’t sell the product, sell the outcome. People don’t buy features. They buy the result, the leverage, the speed, the growth, the transformation. That’s what makes positioning so powerful.
Postiz is on $145k MRR! Right now, we are growing by $1k MRR per day (some days are better) and will probably hit $2m ARR this week. But how can Postiz be growing that fast? What about the competitors? Why do some of them even struggle to pass the $1k MRR? This is my point of view on the subject. But it relates to everyone. Try to listen. It might help you with your startup.

OpenAI Codex app lead: "PRDs are not dead."
Andrew Ambrosino (@ajambrosino) leads the team behind the Codex desktop app at @OpenAI. Codex usage has 6x'd since February, reaching over 5M weekly active users, and nearly 100% of OpenAI's employees use the Codex app regularly (and not just the engineers). Andrew's personal mission is to build "the best desktop app that has ever existed, full stop." If you've used the Codex app lately, you know he's not far off from that goal. In our in-depth conversation, we discuss: 🔸 The "zone defense" model of how PMs at OpenAI operate 🔸 Why AI is so bad at design 🔸 Why Andrew thinks the Codex app would have flopped if they'd shipped it in November instead of February (same product—only the model changed) 🔸 What “taste” really means as a professional skill 🔸 How Andrew uses Codex to run his workflows 🔸 His vision for Codex + ChatGPT Listen now 👇 piped.video/P3KDebPTUrw

Fable 5 coming tomorrow Finally. Finally, Finally.
We’ve received notice that the Department of Commerce has lifted export controls on Claude Fable 5 and Mythos 5. We'll begin restoring access tomorrow, and will share an update soon. We’re grateful to our users for their patience, and to everyone who worked with us on redeploying the models.

i couldn’t have explained herdr any better. and it only takes 6 minutes. thanks @Jilles
If you're running multiple coding agents (Codex, Claude Code, Pi) at once, you're going to want to watch this. Herdr is a terminal multiplexer that actually understands your agents. Oh, and it has incredible mouse support. Bet I can convince you in 6 minutes:

the @auth0 plugin for @cursor_ai is live 🎉 works for SPAs, backends, and mobile, and you basically just ask it to set up auth and it handles the wiring for you 👀 cursor.com/marketplace/auth0
