super excited to finally launch this. we've been quietly building this for the past few months. in order to solve liquidity for data, you have to solve a lot of technical challenges. very proud of the team, and more to come.
We're announcing the public beta of datavendor.ai We spent the last two years building the best solution for people buying and selling data, whether you're a researcher in a lab or a company trying to sell data. Data is the fundamental bottleneck for AI progress, and DataVendor will be the infra that solves it.

Amazing work from Qasim
Benchmarks are everything. GDPval measured general intelligence. GDPx will measure the path to superintelligence. Excited to partner with @SemiAnalysis_ as their exclusive RSI provider. RSI is the most misunderstood domain. I kickstarted the RSI team at @SpaceXSI in early 2026. Here's why I think it matters: newsletter.semianalysis.com/…

any advice on how to run a startup from pre-2024 is fundamentally flawed.

In data right now there’s a barbell of extremely expensive tasks and very cheap raw data at volume.

phenomenal team, product and founder. congrats!
We just raised a $60M Series B at a $1B valuation to build @daytonaio into the Agent Cloud. @FirstMarkCap led the round, with all key existing investors and angels doubling down. We're also thrilled to welcome the founders of some generational companies aboard, including @patrickc (Stripe), @tobi (Shopify), @AravSrinivas (Perplexity), @BrendanFoody (Mercor), @oliveur (Datadog), @adamdangelo (Quora) and @ericsyuan (Zoom) We're a 35-person team. But that's about to change; we're hiring across the board, and we'd love for you to join us.

Most people aren’t taking RSI seriously the same way they didn’t take chain of thought seriously.

everyone is talking about raw data brokering like its for absolute scum and that making rl environments is for enlightened builders. a year ago making rl envs was for scum and making a gpt wrapper was enlightened. do what is low status.

when people ask me what data is getting bought right now, the answer is literally: everything. liquidity / volume / scale are def a question, but a think at this point i've seen even the most ridiculous stuff get bought.

We're partnering with @DreamscaleLabs to evaluate frontier robotics models in the cloud. We explore running VLAs in parallel simulation, serving heavy World Action Models from the cloud, and real-time inference on physical robots. hud.ai/research/evaluating-r…

Certain SaaS can actually go for way higher than $2m This is probably the golden age of selling engineering context.
Data brokers are now buying up SaaS data sets for anywhere from $100K to $2M SaaS are struggling now and some extra money to fill the gap by declining revenues is nice That data is then re-sold to AI training companies and AI frontier labs for the exact purpose of integrating whatever that SaaS did into the AI frontier lab's app Pretty obvious to see where this is going

watching these new data brokers talk about what type of data they buy is sort of like watching a virgin lie about having sex. they talk about the most vague, illiquid supply like gas station data and then point you to a broken vibe coded form. dvst
