Yesterday, it was bitter cold her in Burlington, Vt. The lake was ANGRY. But still managed 3 miles on my walk, heated gloves, Admiral Byrd jacket and all!

Took a "me" day today and built up this '90's vintage Gianni Motta Columbus SLX tubed frame direct from Italy. I swapped all the Campagnolo parts over from my similar era vintage Colnago Lux Master that has served. me well for 1000's of miles. Can't wait!

Thursday, I'm have DBS surgery to help improve an essential tremor I've had in my hands for over a decade. It's only getting worse & I've tried all options both medical and non. It's a bit daunting getting your brain drilled into, but hoping for the best
