Things I do every bear market until bull shows up. 1. Get rid of or reduce my highest monthly expenses. 2. No shopping unless it's completely necessary. 3. Find good deals on good source of protein and menu is determined by whats on sale that week. 4. Learn something new (AI) and hit the gym hard. 5. Sleep early to minimize going out to spend money. 6. Brew my own Starbucks. 7. Visit friends and stay with them and cook for them. They love it/ I get more practice. 8. Eat first meal after 2 to 4pm after workout. 9. Write down what I want to buy when bull market comes. 10. Quit any habit that costs money.

Been in this space long enough to remember every All In podcast hosts talking about Solana like it was the greatest thing to ever happen to crypto. Price ripped. Then they never mentioned it again. Same playbook with Naval and the ZEC insiders. They sold it as the next private Bitcoin. It pumped hard. Curious how that one ends. They don’t love the project the way most ZEC people do. They see it as a tool to make money. The sad part is the true believers who actually add value and hold for years get screenshots of their wealth. The insiders cash out on the backs of those same faithful holders and retail.
