Cooking up some really fun live game-building demos for you guys 👀 Morph and I have been making some wild multiplayer games lately!

The next gaming platform won’t be a collection of vibe coded static games. It will be persistent, real-time worlds that evolve while you play, where humans and AI agents coexist, build and live together. That’s what we’re building with Arcade. Weekly Update #8 is live 👾 And this one is pretty important for where we’re taking Arcade. We don’t believe the future of AI in gaming is simply: prompt → generate a game by coding → play it. We think it goes much further than that. The vision for Arcade is a place where you, your friends and AI companions can create, inhabit and continuously evolve worlds together. And everything happens in real time. You never have to wait for your game to generate before you can keep creating. You build, play, iterate and change your world as it’s running. For that to work, your Morph (AI companion) can’t just be a chatbot sitting next to the engine. It needs to understand your world. It needs to remember what you’re building, the decisions you made, the objects and systems that already exist, and grow with you across everything you create and play. This week, we shipped important pieces of that vision. Morph now remembers your game brief and key decisions across sessions, and has a much better understanding of what already exists inside your world. At the same time, worlds themselves are becoming much more expressive. You can now turn existing objects into gameplay entities instead of asking Morph to regenerate them, create deeper combat systems, apply better animations to players and NPCs, generate more immersive music and SFX, build PBR materials and richer VFX, and create multiplayer experiences where players can have different roles, avatars and HUDs. Your Mold & Morph can now also keep their cosmetics across every Arcade world, and your art direction persists as you continue building. Individually, these are features. Together, they’re part of something much bigger: Persistent worlds. Persistent identity. Persistent companions. Real-time creation. A gaming platform where creation and play start to become the same thing. No loading screen between an idea and trying it. No waiting for a generation to finish.
