What this leaked video of a soldier checking Hon. Muwanga Kivumbi's blood pressure while under incomunicado detention proves is how institutionalised the system of torture in Uganda is. All comrades who have been to those torture chambers will tell you that after being brutalised, the system then sends in other soldiers who claim to be medical doctors to check on you and determine whether you're medically fit to take in more beatings! They torture you, treat you and torture you again! At times these 'doctors' come in when victims are about to be released or taken to court. In such cases they inject victims with unknown substances to quickly reduce swellings before victims appear in public. Then there are those whom they send to speak to victims and convince them to abandon the struggle. At times such operatives are also detained so that they come in as your fellow captives, but the mission is to compromise some unsuspecting persons. In all, I am glad that the stories so many Ugandans have narrated in the past are now getting backed by video evidence. I encourage all patriotic Ugandans to continue using their cameras to expose the madness, the crimes, the rot. There will be accountability for the crimes being committed against our people!

Forget the main tweet, nothing new there. But, why would an MP from the ruling party say this - the second comment - about a senior parliamentary colleague from his own party, a serving Minister, and historical of the bush war?! Under what circumstance would this be normal?!

Here is a letter which Lt. Mabonga Herbert Matanda wrote to Hon. Muwanga Kivumbi while he was in that torture chamber, where he spent 19 days. He passed on the original letter to him, but took a picture of it, which he released yesterday. Mabonga represents thousands of senior, mid-level and junior officers in all departments of UPDF, police and intelligence services who vehemently oppose the criminal system but are held captive and cannot speak out. The only difference is that Mabonga had the courage to speak out. We have long told the people of Uganda that each time we're arrested or abducted, these officers will approach us and tell us how they're more disgusted by the system than most people can imagine. Those who agree with the system and its atrocities are a very small fraction who are privileged and benefit from the pervasive corruption and nepotism within the forces. I remain hopeful that one day, the patriotic officers will have enough courage to stand with the oppressed people of Uganda and live true to their oath to pay allegiance to the nation of Uganda and not the falling regime of blood and national shame. UGANDA WILL BE FREE!

Even before these leaks, the fact that we have people of 'sound mind' supporting and cheering on these acts of lawlessness is not a mere prick on our national conscience, but a huge question mark on the state and authenticity of our civilisation as a people.
Thanks to Lt. Mabonga Herbert Matanda, we now have copies of documents detailing entries of Ugandans and non-Ugandans at the torture chamber located at Abayita Ababiri, along Entebbe Road. As you can see, the entries show some of the people who were abducted and attracted considerable uproar, but it also includes many people who most of us don't know about. The documents detail the booking into the 'safe house' of Rwangomani Amos (Hon. Kahinda Otafiire brother), Mugumya Sam, Bob Njagi and Oyoo Nicholas (our Kenyan brothers), Asiku Raymond, Father Ssekabira Deusdedit, Ssebuwufu John Mary, Muhumuza Bright, Deputy President Lina Zedriga, Deputy President Jolly Jacklyn Tukamushaba, Fauzia Natabi (comrade Najja Sherif's wife), Gideon Tugume, Naziwa Agathar aka Blue Tick, Hon. Miria Matembe, Zale Christopher, Deputy President Muwanga Kivumbi, etc. Comrades, what just happened is evidence that we're on the course to victory. Who knew that the people of Uganda would have a sneak peek into one of the torture chambers operated by Museveni and his criminal son?!

You can easily pass by this house and think it's a normal home. Yet this is a torture chamber manned by SFC, located at Abayita Ababiri, Kabaale B Village on Entebbe Road. At this house and the adjacent facilities, Ugandans and non-Ugandans are subjected to incredible torture. Some accounts indicate that some victims could not take it and when they died, they were simply buried behind this house in unmarked graves. And yet this is just one of the many torture chambers operated by the Museveni system. There are several such places in every Division of Kampala and Wakiso, and in most districts of Uganda. Sadly, these are houses in our neighborhoods, and the people who commit atrocities against our people live amongst us. Thankfully, they're being exposed one by one, and so shall they account for every crime committed against our people!

This is Sam Mugumya, a Ugandan citizen that was abducted over a year ago from Mbarara district by military personnel. This video, like the others that have leaked before, corroborated by reports from survivors from the same military facility confirm that Sam has been subjected to untold torture. What we are looking at in the video is evidence of crimes against humanity as defined in the Rome statute. In the video, we have an idea of the severity, but the scope is itself concerning. Every citizen of conscience viewing this should be uncomfortable with these actions. #FreeSamMugumya

I love this video. I hope it reaches the person she’s addressing. She asks if torturing and crippling people is what makes him feel like a man. I have also always wondered. #FreeSamMugumya #EndAbductionsUg

Lt. Herbert Matanda Mabongo, recorded and shared video of the torture dungeons (basement) where several Ugandans are tortured and kept for months including Sam Mugumya and Hon. Kivumbi. He says his conscience wouldn't take any more . May God protect him and his loved ones 🙏

Hitler incarnate Muhoozi is naked. And just like it has happened when they least expect it, that’s how the fall is going to be. Every evil they’ve committed and hid behind stupid press releases, deflections and gaslighting will be revealed. I can’t believe there are still people defending this evil regime even when it’s exposed to this extent. The ship is sinking and the passengers are still throwing parties. Good luck.

There are many other people in the system who are not happy with what is going on - the persecution, torture of Ugandans, and creation of an atmosphere of terror. They are many, even in cabinet and the army, and at some point they come out as witnesses against the perpetrators of the terror. They may look stupid as they look on and apologise for no faults. But, even when oppressive systems appear invincible, there is something of the human spirit that will not permit us to forever cooperate in the terrorisation and dehumanisation of fellow human beings. Some soldiers taking part in these abductions and torture of innocent citizens are haunted too. They cry in hiding after striping old people naked, taking their pictures, fondling and squeezing their genitals. Don’t be deceived by their looks. Something within them screams - THIS IS SO WRONG. IT CAN’T BE DOING THIS! At some point, we will have a Nuremberg sort of Trial, and everything will come out. Use your current powers with that in mind. Nothing lasts forever, and people never forget the pains you take them through - NEVER. Generations and generations will remember. During their time, Hitler’s men may never have imagined that a time of reckoning would come. Let them sign their torture endorsement books.
