For weeks on Hulu I’d seen Cooper, Whatley, + outside group #NCSEN ads. I’m now being served ads for the SOUTH Carolina Senate race - Andrews (D) ads, SLF (anti-Andrews), & a pro-Graham outside group. $ shifted, but is there so much it’s spilling into NC, or just bad targeting?
