The $500k is the key question: is that EBITDA before CapEx and P&I, or true FCF? If it’s pre-debt, a remodel can eat far more cash than the $4M AUV headline suggests.

Is that cash flow EBITDA or is it free cash flow after Capex and P&I? Would have thought those volumes would generate a higher flow through.
