What do you when you build a product for one thing and find out it’s really good at something else (and you’ve been enjoying dogfooding it this other way)?

I’m starting to realize that streamlib is really good at watching apps and my computer in realtime and answering questions about what’s going on. Wondering if this might be helpful for visual qa?

There is more software than ever on my feed yet I still only pay for the same couple of services. What’s going on?

Streamlib zenoh support is live! You can now develop ultra low latency audio, video, and data applications that seamlessly span across a single host or multiple hosts. Right now it only supports Linux but osx and windows support dropping in October. github.com/tatolab/streamlib

This is the same level of impressive as NPCs driving in a video game, it's just with extra steps. This is someone using ground truth privileged sim data as input to a classifier model. You could also just use a few if statements and it would honestly drive better. The hard part, the whole challenge of self-driving, is the perception understanding.

If you're posting that Jev has solved self driving vehicles and autonomous piloting you are a clown and have clearly never driven anywhere in the US. Jev seems novel for solving certain shapes of problems where connectivity is guaranteed, thats the use cases I want to see

I’ve recently started exploring “agent free” time (outside of work) after having an incident where my Claude remote control session went down. My lab is equipment is required for Tatolab (my ai research lab I run after hours). Since the beginning of the year my ai usage tends to be from when I wake up to when I go to bed (generally with agents working overnight as well). This “agent free” time has allowed me to explore side hobbies and interest (ask me about my hobby of designing bbq grills and experimenting with nut based smoker pellets). It’s oddly provided a sense of freedom which I didn’t know I was craving. While I love the power and the ability to explore the unknown with AI, human creativity is a must for the human soul. I’m hoping that as AI advances it provides more opportunities to explore my creative side rather than constraining me.

Should I cancel my Claude subscription?
