basically my 8 years of Peating condensed into 1 hour: it covers: - why being fat is a symptom, not the problem - the 3 bottlenecks keeping you average - how to eat more and lose fat by upgrading metabolic throughput - why TRT skips the most important step - the exact foods, supplements, training split & tools I use - how to build the identity and systems that make it stick it's a bit long so i recommend kicking back or listening to it in the gym. piped.video/watch?v=1wYyDNqR…

i’ve been using a horse-hair bristle tooth brush the past week. i’m sure half of it is placebo but my teeth are feeling better and cleaner. it’s definitely a better option than beushing micro plastics into your gums. also been using this 20% hydroxyapatite with lactoferrin tooth paste for a while now. excellent combo.

personally i hate tracking. but everyone should track at least once in their lives, even if it's just 3 days. just so you can get an understanding of what you actually put into your body.
Normies think adding sugar to coffee/tea will make them soooo fat "Wow 4 sugars!! You'll have a heart attack" Thats 16g of sugar, 64 calories. More sugar than that in an apple

This post hits hard: "...Without a demand that actually calls the mind forward, restored metabolism has nowhere to go except back into self-surveillance. Do something worth doing, create something beautiful." Energy without direction either stagnates or becomes chaos.

Self-improvement, health work, biohacking, whatever you call it, without a destination is just damage control. You can raise metabolism, lower PUFA, optimize your circadian rhythm, and still feel like you’re only managing decline. That is because the organism does not organize itself around “not being sick.” It organizes itself around meaningful activity and tasks. An impaired environment is real. Light, food, isolation, and chronic stress suppress energy, and relieving that load matters. But energy is not an end. It is the means by which a person becomes equal to something worth doing. Without a demand that actually calls the mind forward, restored metabolism has nowhere to go except back into self-surveillance. Do something worth doing, create something beautiful.

Look at all your favorite health accounts. They are all actively creating and earning and working towards their dream. What are YOU going to do with all that energy?

O Metabolheim, my sweet metabolic refuge. How gently you ask me to become nothing more than I am.

Ah... it has DHEA in it. As much as I'd like to, I can't try out the topical (need natty status for competition) I'll gift it to my dad.

As a “Peater” into bioenergetics for 8 years now, 140g of protein a day is not enough for me. Keep in mind I’ve been mostly focused on muscle building these past years. I think 140g might be enough for someone that just wants to be lean, but if you want to actively build muscle and you have a similar constitution as me, aim for at least 180g on average. That said my average on this shred sits around 215g a day atm. Around 50g of it is from gelatin (balances out amino acid ratios).

Very important point from @hov992 : the 50g of gelatin I'm getting contributes to things like tendons, skin, connective tissue, not so much muscle synthesis. You could argue I sit closer to 170ish grams of protein a day if you only count complete protein.

Getting lean is pretty simple once you know your macros and your average intake. After that it's mostly gut feeling and intuition. It's fine to get to the point where you're slightly hungry, but not to the point where you get jittery and wired (that's cortisol). If you get lethargic and tired you've been going too low for too long and you want to bump up the carbs (and protein).

things i do to get to 10% body fat using bioenergetics: 1. nutrientmaxxing 2. macro split (C>60%, P>20%, F<20%) 3. meal timing 4. output 5. sleep and daylight 6. why The goal isn’t to starve for 3 months. anyone can do that. the goal is a lifestyle full of energy where jacked and shredded is the byproduct. Links to my favorite supplements and foods in bio.
Day 17: My favorite foods to get lean with. I’m basically spamming liver and oysters every other day. Full cheat sheet: 1. Beef liver — 50–500 g weekly 2. Oysters — 100–300 g weekly 3. Bone broth (beef) — or swap for gelatin or collagen 4. Eggs — pasture-raised preferred 5. Cheese — animal rennet preferred 6. Honey — raw preferred 7. Milk — raw and low fat preferred 8. Orange juice — fresh squeezed 9. Coffee — with sugar and cream or milk 10. Raw carrot salad — raw with vinegar to bind endotoxin and estrogen, or well-cooked white button mushrooms
