I also know of a bug with the character "Jetpack Cat"
Due to the nature of the bug, I cannot disclose it. I'm gonna need that thing disabled in all modes, it's only fair.

The support hero has been completely removed from the Hero Select screen across all modes, likely due to an undisclosed bug.
There's currently no ETA for a fix.
