what if it all works out??
The AI in Healthcare Risk I hadn't thought of... Article today that used the example of "If AI agents help every family find the highest rate checking account, it could lead to a run on the banks with low rates." My god, the horror. Imagine if that happened in healthcare??? Everyone finds the best treatment and the crappy doctors and hospitals have to improve or shut down? Or, even worse, everyone gets healthier and the demand for care down and even the good hospitals and doctors are impacted. Oh the horrors we have wrought...

yes
Anti-bot is for losers tbh

all these takes on who will win the personal agent market are so shortsighted and dumb, a month ago instinct, muse, grok bot didn't even exist for all we know the winner hasn't even been started yet

guys we are SO early...
What's crazy... is these personal agent tools are like 5% as useful as they will be in one year. That "What do i do with this?" problem they have now... will be completely solved. They will just do things for you.

what happens to healthcare services when millions of agents are transacting at a given time?

this will continue to happen until we build tech that puts the patient in control with price transparency, easy access to simple on demand care, more choice
The Blue Cross/Blue Shield Association says that AI is already driving *up* healthcare costs, as hospitals use the technology to find instances where they can bill more for the same level of care. bcbs.com/about-us/associatio…

we have never lived in a world with abundant healthcare. we have decades before we will ever understand how much demand there is
literally no doctors will lose their jobs 95+% of medical work will be done by AI but easily 20x more medical work will be done total embrace jevons paradox

one of the hardest and best things we did was disrupt ourselves. building an ai clinic we knew there was value, but the reality was our patients were using ai pre and post appointment. we were just another destination for them to manage care. we knew that agents were going to become how patients access healthcare, so we needed to iterate and enable agents to act for patients within the healthcare system
