> EA reportedly opened an expensive new office for studios that were shut down shortly before or after its opening
> Employees accuse management of wasting money on bad decisions while cutting jobs to reduce costs

EA admitted they did not understand how badly fans wanted a remaster of the original trilogy.
Because of this, Legendary Edition did not launch until May, 2021 even though it had been considered as early as 2014.
It’s no surprise EA has been perpetually clueless about this IP.
