Back in the gym for the 8th time this year
What a shitty year for my fitness journey.
But grateful regardless

As the Show Ya Sef season comes to a conclusion today, we’d like to show, just one last time, the impact Chimsom Chuka made on the show, on his fellow housemates, and the power of that impact, through the lens of the finalists;
Exactly two weeks ago, Chimsom left the @BBNaija house and bid farewell to his fellow housemates. But clearly, he left his mark behind
A major part of this season - in fact, some would say HE IS THE FACE OF THE SEASON. 😭🔥
From the bonds he built, the conversations he sparked, the competition he brought, the memories he created, to the standards he set…
Mr. SHOW YA SEF didn’t just show his own sef, he inspired other housemates to SHOW THEIR SEF too, bringing life, energy, and a whole new dynamic to the show, and ultimately making the season much more entertaining
And for the very last time, we say:
THANK YOU, CHIMSOM CHUKA. 🧡🦁
