There are ways to go about this.
1. Ensure you send the customer the pdf
2. Keep record of time it was sent, time emails was sent, confirm that the email was opened, your email provider can provide they downloaded the file also, and what time.
3. If it's already 14-30 days after they bought the product that they requested for a refund, you are more likely to win the case.

I think what everyone is forgetting is the fact that, the first version of @eureka_seamless was really good.
Atleast 99% of everyone that played it, didn't have any bug to report, it was a perfect mvp really.
What people gave feedback on, was recommendations, and new ideas to add.

Funny thing is, I had already built something similar, but I kept waiting for it to be “perfect” before putting it out there. Meanwhile, he shipped his.
