I’m building Daily Spends — a simple expense tracker.
I’m going to share the real journey here:
building the app, getting users, fixing mistakes, and learning what people actually want.
If you’re interested in apps, money, or building in public, follow along.
What makes you uninstall a finance app?
Too many ads?
Too complicated?
Requires an account?
Too many notifications?
Something else?
I’m building an expense app, so I genuinely want to know.

Your spending problem may not be “spending too much”.
It may be not knowing where the money goes.
Track for 7 days before trying to cut anything.
#dailyspend#finance#PersonalFinance
I built Daily Spends for people who want a simple way to see where their money is going.
Dashboard → income, expenses, balance and spending categories.
If you want to try it, it’s on Google Play:
play.google.com/store/apps/d…
I didn’t start building Daily Spends because I wanted another finance app.
I started because I wanted expense tracking to feel simple.
Now the hard part is getting the first real users.
Building is one problem. Distribution is another.

How do you currently track spending?
A) Notes app
B) Spreadsheet
C) Banking app
D) Dedicated expense app
E) I don’t track it
Comment "HI" if you are thinking, I have something for you.
One product rule I’m following while building Daily Spends:
If logging an expense feels like work, people won’t do it.
So I’m trying to make:
amount → category → save
as fast as possible.
What would you remove from an expense tracker to make it faster?
A simple money rule:
Don’t try to reduce every expense.
First find the 2–3 categories that are quietly eating your monthly budget.
Visibility comes before optimization.

A quick look at the Daily Spends dashboard.
Month / Week / Year views, income vs expense, net balance and top spending categories — in one place.
Would you use a dashboard like this?
play.google.com/store/apps/d…
Most people don't need a complicated finance system.
They just need to know:
• What did I spend?
• Where did it go?
• How much is left?
That's the problem I'm trying to solve with Daily Spends.
I built Daily Spends because tracking everyday expenses shouldn't feel complicated.
Simple dashboard. Quick entries. Clear spending view.
I'm going to build this in public and share what I learn.

Hey peoples, let's see how you can do this,
How add a safe email/gmail sso login feature on android app.
Constraint is : don't want to run a separate backend application.
I never really knew where my money was going.
₹200 here. ₹500 there.
At the end of the month: “Where did it all go?” 😅
So I built Daily Spend — a simple app to track income and expenses.
It’s now in closed testing. Want to try it? 👇

Hello , what is your opinion?
Is keeping expense data 100% local (no cloud, no sharing) a real advantage or too inconvenient?
I built a simple tracker where everything stays only on your device.
Privacy win or dealbreaker?

Working on a tool which connects with azure MQ and provides easy and better visualisation of queues.
Better UI to push and keep queue.
Is it useful to anyone?
