We call on France to exercise restraint when dispersing the freedom fighters on the streets of Paris. These brave warriors for justice must receive immediate humanitarian aid, and their safety must be guaranteed in accordance with international law. Failure to comply will leave us no choice but to bring a case before the ICJ, in close cooperation with that renowned champion of human rights, Afghanistan.

My post about France went viral. Thousands of likes. Many Americans told me: "Democrats aren't socialists. America will never be France." I want to answer that seriously, step by step. Start with a simple observation. Look at what has gotten cheaper in America over the last 25 years: TVs, phones, software, clothes, toys. Now look at what has exploded: college tuition, healthcare, childcare, housing. What separates the two lists? The first lives in competitive markets. The second is exactly where government is most involved: subsidies, mandates, licensing, zoning, regulation. College. Washington lends students almost unlimited money. Universities know the money will always come, so they raise tuition and hire more administrators. The student pays the bill for twenty years. More government money, higher prices. Housing. Why can't a nurse buy a home in the city where she works? Not because of capitalism. Because of zoning laws, permits, environmental reviews, years of procedure to build a single building. The most expensive places to live in America are the places where it's hardest to build. When building is nearly illegal, prices explode. Healthcare. The patient almost never sees the price. A third party pays, regulations limit who can compete, and costs climb year after year with no one able to say no. So here is the trap. The problems you suffer from are not the failure of free markets. They are the places where the market has already been replaced by the state. And the solution you're being offered is more of the same. That's the Trojan horse. It always works the same way. A real problem. A generous-sounding promise. A program that makes things worse. Then the failure of that program becomes the argument for the next one. People who lived under communism in Poland learned to recognize the lie and the mask the lie wears. The lie never presents itself as a lie. It presents itself as compassion. In France we are at the end of that road. Debt we can never repay. Young people who can't afford a home. Our best people leaving. And every few years our cities burn. Nobody voted for this. They voted for one more generous promise, fifty years in a row. If you're a Republican, share this with the Democrat in your life. Not to win an argument. To start a conversation. If you're a Democrat, I'm not asking you to switch teams. I'm asking you to look at the pattern. Wherever the state took over, life became unaffordable. Don't fix the failures of government with more government. Stay American. Ask for less state, not more.
I’m French. I want to talk to Americans who are about to vote Democrat. Not to insult you. To warn you. I come from your future. In France we did everything your progressive politicians promise. Free healthcare, free college, generous welfare, strong unions, heavy regulation, high taxes on the rich, a state that takes care of everything. Public spending close to 57% of GDP, one of the highest on the planet. On paper, it’s the dream. Here’s what it looks like from the inside. France hasn’t passed a balanced budget since 1974. Our debt is above 3,300 billion euros. Interest on that debt is becoming one of the biggest items in the national budget. Our hospitals are collapsing despite record funding. Our schools rank lower every year. Young people with degrees can’t afford an apartment in the city they were born in. Our best engineers leave for London, Zurich and San Francisco. And the rich you wanted to tax? They left too, and took the jobs with them. The promise was protection. The result is stagnation. The worst part is that nobody in France voted for decline. Every single step sounded generous, compassionate, reasonable. One more program. One more regulation. One more tax to fund it. Each step alone makes sense. Fifty years of them, and you wake up in a country that can no longer build a nuclear plant on time or keep its streets safe. I love America because it’s the one place on earth where people still believe they can build something from nothing. I came to Silicon Valley as a self-taught kid and it changed my life. That spirit is the most precious thing your country has. Before you vote, ask yourself one question: is the program you’re voting for making America more like America, or more like France? Trust me. You don’t want to be France.

It's hard to convince people that insane people seem perfectly sane most of the time. Every once in a while, they will do something only an insane person would do, act like it's normal, then seem sane again. Questioning their behavior will not be tolerated.

Having watched the TRIGGERnometry episode with Owen Jones, it seems clear what Konstantin is trying to do. He wants to have constructive conversations with woke Marxists to see if common ground can be found. It's admirable, but futile. I spent a decade on the boards of The Guardian and the BBC trying to engage with these people, understand them, see if there was any way we could negotiate or compromise, and what I learned was that there's just no point. It's not that we disagree with each other. It's that we exist on entirely different plains of reality. They think men can get pregnant. They think random Somalians are English. They think Charlie Kirk getting shot is a cause of celebration. They think importing third world rapists is an acceptable trade off for being able to call your society "multicultural." They think that whiteness is evil, capitalism is a sin, the West must be destroyed, Islam is awesome, non-whites cultures are superior, and that mentally vulnerable teenagers should be sterilised and their genitals mutilated. No amount of discussion with an indoctrinated woke Marxist ideologue is going to convince me that I should become one or that they should stop being one. Our perspectives are so diametrically opposed that we may as well be a different species. Furthermore, I don't simply think that they're wrong. I think they're evil. Actively evil, and that the damage they cause is catastrophic and unforgivable. I don't want to find common ground with them anymore. I'm no longer interested in trying to understand them. I don't want to talk to them, I don't want to engage with them, I don't want to see them. I don't care why Owen Jones thinks Hugo Chavez isn't a dictator or why he thinks importing Afghani's statistically far more likely to rape women than native Britons are is acceptable. We should spend a lot less time trying to win them over or convince them that they're wrong, and a lot more time deciding amongst ourselves how we're going to fix the dire situation we find ourselves in.

One of five men arrested near RAF Fairford in the early hours of Sunday morning had dialled 999 himself, the BBC understands. We have “Fully Self-contained Terrorists” now? We need to make an advert: “Tired of looking out the window wondering if you should call the police about the group of masked men you’ve just seen hiding in the woods outside a military base? Relax! New ‘Fully Self-contained Terrorists’ can do it for you! We devise the plot. Assemble the team. Arrive at the airbase. And then call the police! You don’t have to anything. We’ll do it all for you. Terrorism without the worry. Fully Self-contained Terrorists. From the people who brought you Suicide Bombers That Don’t Blow Themselves Up.” It’s the British way. #FFCT bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cqn8…

If we were to have a diesel ban tomorrow, you would have a catastrophic change in prices in Texas and Louisiana, where diesel prices would go through the floor because of oversaturation. The only way to fix that is to reduce diesel runs. Suddenly, the United States has less diesel than it had before. If we get these dense concentrations of oversupply, the only way to fix that is to improve distribution. And that means product pipelines. Right now, we really only have one: the Colonial Pipeline, which takes refined fuels from the Gulf Coast up to the American Northeast. Everything else is shipped by rail or, more likely, by truck. So what you must do is build a nationwide distribution system, or maybe even mandate the creation of refineries in places where there aren't concentrations of them. Or, here's a crazy idea, maybe ship it by water and amend the Interstate Commerce Act or the Jones Act so it's easier to move stuff around the continental United States. Bans by themselves sound good because they mean that the stuff will be trapped here, but it's trapped in the wrong places. It's still a distribution problem, and a distribution problem means you must address the distribution system. Unless and until you do that, the conversation is just in the wrong place.

If you're wondering how you got to "look how good I am for not holding a murderous cannibal accountable," let me explain: First, society loses its moral grammar. People use the words "good" and "bad," but they no longer mean anything. Second, citizens lose the ability to tell wolves from sheep. Because they believe there is no objective "good," they have no justification for expecting people to be "good." (Again, what does that even mean?) Third, psychopaths and other pathological individuals start being able to operate within the herd. Nobody can sense that they are "bad," but the wolf is smarter and stronger than the sheep. These pathological individuals then start outcompeting the sheep for positions of power and influence. Once in those positions, they warp the hiring criteria to reward fellow pathological personalities. This small minority (think Dolores Umbridge and her cabal from Harry Potter) torments the well-adapted and sane until they are driven from the institutions. Anyone with loyalties other than to the ideology and the movement is removed. Eventually, all that is left are psychopaths and cowards too scared to oppose them. It is within this environment that the psychos now feel safe enough to "remove their mask of sanity." In the end, social status is not awarded to the virtuous but to the depraved.
Sunny Hostin brags about being a holdout juror that prevented The Butcher of Thompson Square Park from going to prison. She admits "once he killed her, he chopped up her body parts, yes, boiled her body parts ... and fed her body parts to the unhoused."

Macbeth in the West The West is at a crisis point. And the story of Macbeth gives us a terrifying way to understand it. Macbeth wants power. Once he has it, the central problem is no longer how to govern well—it is how to keep control. That changes everything. One decision is made to secure power. Then another decision is needed to protect the first. Then another to silence opposition. Then another to deal with the consequences. Soon the original act has created a chain of consequences that cannot easily be escaped. That is the Macbeth dynamic. Fear of losing power produces increasingly destructive behaviour. Control becomes more important than judgment. Defending previous decisions becomes more important than admitting mistakes. And the wellbeing of the kingdom becomes secondary to preserving the position of those ruling it. Eventually, Macbeth is not protecting Scotland. He is protecting Macbeth. And Scotland pays the price. That is why we should look brutally honestly at Western leadership today. Look at the policies that have transformed our societies. Look at the social division, the economic pressures, the loss of trust, the anger and the growing sense that ordinary citizens have less and less control over the direction of their own countries. Look at the willingness to continue down a path even when the consequences become increasingly destructive. Then look at the political response. Instead of stepping back, admitting mistakes and changing course, leaders defend the previous decision—because admitting the mistake threatens the authority behind it. So another decision follows. And another. Just like Macbeth. The original choice creates a new problem. The new problem requires another exercise of power. That creates another consequence. That consequence requires another justification. The circle tightens. Eventually, the machinery built to preserve power begins destroying the society itself. That is the pit of control. And once leaders fall into it, everything becomes about maintaining authority: controlling the narrative, defeating opposition, defending the past, suppressing dissent and making sure nobody can force them to confront the consequences of their own decisions. Macbeth's tragedy is not simply that he becomes a tyrant. It is that power becomes something he must constantly defend, until the defence of power consumes the country he rules. That is the dynamic we need to recognise. We are not living through some minor political disagreement. We are at a crisis point. Citizens need to step back and ask the most uncomfortable question of all: Are our leaders governing for the health of our societies—or are they increasingly governing to preserve their own power and the consequences of the decisions that got them there? Because once the preservation of power becomes more important than the preservation of society, we are no longer dealing with ordinary politics. We are confronting a profound crisis of leadership. Macbeth is the warning: when rulers become trapped by power, fear and the need to defend their own decisions, the kingdom can become the price of their refusal to change course. We must not allow our societies to become that kingdom. Step back. See the pattern. Question the power. Demand accountability. Demand the courage to change course. Because the ultimate failure of leadership is not losing power. It is destroying the society you were entrusted to lead in order to keep it. And that is where the Macbeth analogy becomes a warning for all of us: When leaders can no longer distinguish between protecting the country and protecting their own position, the country is already in danger. We need to break the cycle before the kingdom pays the price.

We’ve never seen anything like this before. A man was conscripted into jury duty by the government. He performed his civic duty and followed his conscience, refusing to acquit a woman who confessed to systematically executing her three children. The defense attorney immediately launched a public smear campaign against the juror. Soon several other jurors joined the campaign. Then the media. Even the defense attorney’s wife has joined. Now they’re doxxing the man, digging into his past, contacting his family, showing up at his house. All of this both to punish him for refusing to go with their program, and to pollute any future jury pool by making it clear that anyone who votes to convict Clancy will have their life destroyed. It’s truly one of the most outrageously evil things we’ve ever seen from the Left, and that’s saying something. A direct assault on the integrity of our justice system. They are burning down every boundary and standard in their path. And doing it all for the sake of a child murdering psychopath. Unfathomable.

I NEED YOUR HELP - ACTION CALL AMERICA RETWEET THIS MEME. SHOW CAIR THEY DO NOT GET TO CANCEL AMERICANS. America, we failed Maggie Litz Domanowski. She posted a Peanuts cartoon. The sign said: “If you fear MAGA will take away women’s rights, then you should learn about Sharia law.” Maggie wrote two words above it: “Not wrong.” That is all she did! CAIR - a foreign-designated terrorist group - came after her for it. They ran a major pressure campaign - they demanded this mom of three and school board member delete the post, apologize, or resign. We were not there. They packed her school-board meeting. CAIR Maryland jihadi director Zainab Chaudry told the room Maggie’s statement was “not an apology” and demanded more from her.... This is the same Chaudry who, after Hamas’s October 7 massacre, posted that murdered Israeli babies were “fake” and compared Israel to the Nazis. Maryland put her on a hate-crime commission, suspended her, put her back, then took CAIR’s seat away. That is who and what they sent to scold a school-board mother over a cartoon. Then they made Maggie visit a mosque for “re-education.” Then local media (who sided with CAIR) filmed her apologizing and called it their big story. We left her alone. Not anymore. Retweet this meme. Say exactly what it said. Make CAIR look at it until they understand: You do not cancel Americans for telling the truth. You do not drag our people into mosques to apologize. You do not use the media to intimidate conservative women into silence. Maggie posted the truth. Share it. Show the terrorist group CAIR that they do not get to cancel anyone or push SHARIA blasphemy laws on our patriots!
BREAKING UPDATE: Shame on Every Conservative Who Left Her Alone in That Room "Foreign Terrorist Group" CAIR Stages Televised Struggle Session After Forcing Maryland Conservative School Board Member Through Mosque “Re-Education” The Left-wing Media called it their big story. Reporter Bryant Reed (@Reed_Reports) stood in Windsor Mill and presented a filmed confession as a friendly mosque visit. Here is what actually happened. Baltimore County school board member Maggie Litz Domanowski posted a Peanuts cartoon. Linus holding a sign: “If you fear MAGA will take away women’s rights, then you should learn about Sharia law.” She wrote, “Not wrong.” THAT IS IT! CAIR Maryland came after her. Take it down. Apologize. Reaffirm every student’s “equal dignity and safety”or resign. She pulled the meme. She tried to say she was not smearing every Muslim, that the record is Egypt, Jordan, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Iran, the Taliban. (Do you see it, America? She named Sharia, and they made the crime about one child’s feelings so no one would have to answer for Islam) BUT NO - THAT WAS NOT ENOUGH! At a packed board meeting, they tore that statement up. Removal was “welcome.” CAIR Maryland jihadi director Zainab Chaudry said the rest was “not an apology.” Criticizing foreign governments was not the point. Naming Sharia as a threat was the crime. Then they issued the price: a direct apology and a mosque visit. “If you refuse, then there should be consequences.” She broke in that room. “Hearing it from your voices and seeing your faces, I understand now. And I am truly sorry.” She accepted the mosque invitation. “I’m looking forward to understanding the Muslim community more than just Sharia [Islamic law]” That was confession one! Confession two was the mosque - and CBS put it on television. Islamic leaders toured her through the Islamic Society of Baltimore to make sure she “fully understood.” They sat her down for a “heart-to-heart about the damage.” They produced a 13-year-old to talk about bullying “because of her faith.” The cameras rolled. She apologized again. She hurt feelings. She did something wrong. “We all need to be a little bit nicer to each other.” She would take the “lessons” into the school year. Reed noted she is up for reelection in November. They broke a conservative woman for weeks. Then they strutted her out as the prize. That is a struggle session. Live. On American television. Did you NOTICE how the Dhimmi Reporter Bryant Reed did not mention that CAIR is a designated terrorist organization in Texas and Florida. He did not mention Zainab Chaudry - the same Chaudry who, after Hamas’s October 7 Islamic massacre, posted that reports of murdered Israeli babies were “fake” and compared Israel to the Nazis. Maryland put her on the state hate-crime commission, suspended her for those posts, then put her back because the law would not let the attorney general remove her. Lawmakers later stripped CAIR’s reserved seat from that commission. That is who extracted the confession. That is who CBS treated as the moral authority of Baltimore County. A foreign Islamic terrorist organization made her submit on U.S. soil. Local news filmed the re-education and called it healing. That is how a SHARIA blasphemy norm arrives here - not as a bill titled Sharia, but as a resignation threat, a packed meeting, a mosque tour, and a CBS package. Where is the women’s-rights machine? Silent. They will march over a cartoon about MAGA. They will not march over legal systems that veil, sequester, stone, and count a woman’s word and value as half. Domanowski has three children in Baltimore County schools. Last year her own board censured her for asking budget questions. The Maryland State Board of Education later reversed that censure as an “egregious abuse of discretion.” She knows the cost of that room. This time she paid it twice. Once for CAIR. Once for television. This only keeps working if conservatives allow this! 🚨 American conservatives: if CAIR is trying to break you, do not fold. Do not give them what they want. I will personally fight like hell for you. RAIR will fight back for you. We will NOT let you EVER stand alone! EVER! Shame on every well-funded conservative organization in this country for not rushing in to stand with this woman. Where Are You!? Organize around the next target before the apology is written. Show up at the meeting. Fund counsel. Call the board. Do not leave the next official alone in the room to be canceled on schedule and then displayed on the local news as proof the pressure worked. CAIR already knows the play. The rest of the right has to decide whether it will.
