And he is a repeat offender with multiple crimes. He has had two sentences already. 2 years for a rape and 7 years for attempted murder. I am ashamed to call myself Danish today. Our system is sick, treating the perp as the victim.

The Danish court has just sentenced the African migrant who brutally killed Christian Zedig to only 12 months in prison. This isn’t justice. It's a mockery of Christian and his family. You are not angry enough.

Og jeg har simpelthen ikke ord for, hvor uretfærdig en dom, det her er. 12 måneder… Ja, du læste rigtigt. 12 måneder for at tæske en familiefar ihjel til en fodbold fest. En familiefar, der efterlader sin kone og sine to børn… Med rystende stemme udtalte Christian Zedigs kone i retten: ”Han var vores tryghed. Alt, som vi havde forestillet os i fremtiden... Vi var to sammen, der skulle opdrage vores to piger” Kære venner, Det her er retstilstanden i Danmark. Og det skal vi ikke finde os i længere. I mit fremtidens Danmark er vi altid på ofrets side. Altid på de pårørendes side. Og aldrig på morderens side.

Nkumba Ludovic Tshiembe får alltså endast ett års fängelse efter att ha misshandlat Christian Zedig till döds. Innan dödsmisshandeln av Christian dömdes Nkumba 2017 till sju års fängelse för mordförsök efter att ha knivhuggit en man i hjärtat på ett diskotek. Dessförinnan dömdes han för att ha våldtagit en gymnasietjej och för flera andra våldsbrott. Hade han genomfört dådet i Sverige hade han antagligen dömts för grov misshandel och grovt vållande till annans död, vilket sannolikt hade inneburit flera år i fängelse. Hade han fått ett ordentligt straff för mordförsöket och våldtäkten hade detta aldrig behövt ske. Ännu bättre: Hade han aldrig fått sätta sin fot i Europa hade varken mordförsöket, våldtäkten eller Christian Zedigs död inträffat.
