it's september... but @bulktrade is finally live - and its been out for a few weeks.
at least for those who have an invite code. i had the chance to secure one - thanks to @kdotcrypto
the exchange has the best UX ive felt so far. its just nice to look at, you know. and its the little things - like icons, responsive and customizable UI that make a difference
portfolio margin is also extremely cool. like unseen levels of cool. obviously though, im too much of a noob to use it and am afraid of blowing up - but i do understand the huge unlock. maybe one day though ill grow up and use it like a real man!
first couple week statistics: $500M volume, around $7M OI, with roughly 100k in revenue. honestly, impressive. still, baby shoes. i expect OI to ramp up as time goes on.
if solana is the NASDAQ, i think bulk can be the CME. very bullish on them and honestly believe they'll become one of the biggest (if not the biggest) exchanges in crypto
and to celebrate this occasion, i obviously made the inaugural zec long. now please dont liquidate me. cheers.

we're approaching mainnet, so i wanted to remind you guys that the most competetive perps dex (an actual dex, bc its decentralized) is coming to mainnet very soon.
i am super bullish on the team, and the product too. seems like not only have they nailed the engineering part of things with the network, but the product itself is great with unique features (like subaccounts) that you don't often see on other perps dexes. i am confident in their ability to execute.
sol is at a discount, so getting exposure to bulk now via bulksol is a no brainer for killing two birds with one stone.

Genuinely excited for this to hit mainnet
BULK deposits and withdrawals currently wait for solana finalisation to process which takes about 12 seconds today - with new alpenglow finalisation taking about 150ms to 400ms this unlocks huge possibilities
>Faster/Near-instant deposits and withdrawals to bulk
>Cross composability to solana - the ability to execute/talk to solana programs becomes near instant, allowing us to use solana's great spot liquidity through propamms and routers
>BULK's risk engine now can talk to solana lending/borrow protocols faster and finalise the decisions needed - unlocking cheaper haircuts
>Ability for solana programs to execute bulk actions in the future by talking to bulk program on solana directly
When we start looking at LSTs and Kamino positions as collateral, Alpenglow cleara a huge blocker for us to be able to realise this sooner
