7 human psychological hacks. 1. If you always feel you didn't lock your door when going out and have to go back to double check, here's how to stop it. Once you lock the door, speak loudly to yourself, 'I have locked the door', it registers on your brain immediately and there will be no need to double check. 2. When people stare at you rudely, stare at their feet it makes them uncomfortable. 3.Eye contact: Maintaining contact when listening to people makes them warm up to you. Also staying completely silent when they pause their conversations makes them to give more information. 4. Remember to use people's name when talking to them, it strengthens the relationship you have with them. Don't over do it though or it may seem weird. 5. Chewing gum while doing stressful activities help to relieve anxiety. Whether it's an exam or a task, it helps to calm your brain. 6. If you always want to remember what you learn, teach others immediately after learning it. 7. If you want to maintain a conversation with someone just ask them questions about themselves. People love to talk about themselves.

I really feel for the North sometimes. From all the chaos and madness going on in Nigeria, they're the worst hit. Highest unemployment rate - North Highest illiteracy- North Highest out of school children - North Highest poverty rate - North Hunger and malnutrition - North Insecurity, kidnapping and terrorism prevalence rate - North Wrong bombing of villages by the army - North Maim*ng, k*llings and m*ssacre of villages - mainly northerners. Negligence and murder of 37 kids by govt paramilitary - North. So the question is what exactly does the North gain from their consistent voting for APC in every election? Northerners wake up!!!

Leave music for Davido and focus on governance. Nigerians are dying and you’re outside gallivanting, sleeping in various counties. How many times have you slept in any state apart from Lagos? What you are doing is not your job, your job is the protection of lives and property. Such a failure.

I’m not sure you guys understand what just happened in Nigeria. Over 30 young boys were arrested in Niger and locked in an overcrowded, unventilated cell with extreme heat by @official_NSCDC. They reportedly banged on the door and were ignored. They were all found dead. Suffocated to dèath. By NSCDC. 💔

This is one of the legacies left behind 13 years ago by Peter Obi. You have hundreds of such schools scattered across Anambra. Most are in rural areas: You can see the generator & lab equipment. Soludo has refused to maintain public infrastructures built by Peter Obi.

Tinubu left for France and Amupitan is no where to be seen, probably in France as well. Same pattern in 2023 when the CJN left left for France to meet Tinubu, only to give a kangaroo ruling in favour of Tinubu weeks later.

This is a serious concern that needs to be escalated.
An anonymous person who works at the INEC office told me that crazy things are happening behind closed doors that Nigerians are not aware of, that over 60% of Nigerians who recently registered for a new PVC will not get their PVC to vote. For days now, I have been raising awareness for INEC to release PVCs for collection, but nobody is amplifying my voice. I give up on this country since the youths don’t react to anything.

During Mass at St. Gabriel the Archangel Church in Hopkins, Minnesota, a Catholic priest wept while consecrating the chalice. Later, he said he experienced Jesus shedding His blood and, at one point, could not lift the chalice because it felt so heavy.

Educare has formally invited professors from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN), the University of Ibadan (UI), and Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria, to join our proposed research programme. We have formally communicated the invitation to them via email. The programme will bring together professors and doctoral researchers from three Nigerian universities, representing diverse regional and academic contexts. Its objective is to build a credible research foundation for developing curriculum-aligned, psychometrically sound assessments that improve how learning outcomes are measured, understood, and interpreted in Nigeria. We need to build a strong research culture in Nigeria to enable us to make evidence-based progress. The future of education cannot be built on assumptions; it must be built on rigorous research, credible data, and evidence.
