📢 IMPORTANT PSA: Over the last several weeks, we've noticed a trend of malicious proposals attempting to drain the treasuries of dormant and inactive DAOs. On some occasions, we have quietly notified stakeholders, allowing them to muster votes to defeat the proposals. In other cases, the proposals have been malformed or invalid, and thus failed to execute. To date, we have not seen a malicious proposal succeed in this fashion, but we are only monitoring organizations on our platform. Our assessment is that low sophistication actors are poking around, looking for an easy way to make a quick buck. If you were involved in a DAO (even a relatively small one) that is now dormant or inactive, please consider coordinating to recover or protect any remaining assets that may be under the DAO's control.
