If they would’ve filed it as a National Security Threat FROM THE VERY START,then this would probably have been held up,you give a Federal Judge something this weak,then he is going to pick it apart !!!
So now,they will most likely have to File a New Case,and most likely will end up with an Activist Judge the next time,and most likely send it to SCOTUS,which won’t be any better,how many times will this DOJ get things so wrong,did Blanche even look at this before they Filed it ?!?
