Capped places for scottish students due to scottish government policy is the thing that never gets talked about
I think this is heavily overstated. But we might perhaps inquire a little more closely into why St Andrews is quite so hard to get into for Scottish kids and why there are quite so few places, and what we could do to try to redress that.

To my mind, the final word on this historic occasion was the (almost) final scene of Derry Girls, which I find intensely moving. The brief return of Liam Neeson as the RUC officer is a wonderful touch, as is the closing shot of Grandpa Joe playing with the youngest family member.
22 May 1998. Good Friday Agreement was overwhelmingly accepted in 2 simultaneous national referendums in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. In Northern Ireland: 71:1% voted in favour and in the Republic of Ireland 94:4% voted Yes.
