While getting into coaching, I found myself never being the same person to two different people. Every conversation was focused on min/maxxing value. For someone who wanted their ego validated and to be remembered, I behaved in forgetful ways and never embraced who I was.
Being overly self-aware of your own and others actions doesn’t make you “deep” or “thoughtful”. It just keeps you in the cage your mind has created and reinforces negative confirmation bias to a point where you have no one in your life to speak with, nor the ability to make new connections and friends.
You only have one life to live, do it with no shame or regrets. It’s never too late to start again, or to even start for the first time. ❤️
