पिछले कई वर्षों से काँग्रेस पार्टी और कई विपक्षी दल देश में होने वाले चुनावों की निष्पक्षता पर सवाल उठा रहे हैं। हमें लगातार चुनाव आयोग की भूमिका संदिग्ध नज़र आ रही थी। जब हमने सवाल उठाया तो उसे मज़ाक़ में उड़ा दिया गया। आयोग के दरवाज़े बंद कर दिए गए। आज चुनाव आयोग के भीतर से वही बात देश के सामने आ गई है। तीन में से दो चुनाव आयुक्तों ने 14 बार लिखकर आपत्ति की। फॉर्म 6 का दुरुपयोग, software का ग़लत इस्तेमाल, वोटर लिस्टों के साथ खिलवाड़, बिना पारदर्शिता के फ़ैसले, ये सब अब देश के सामने हैं। फिर CEC ज्ञानेश कुमार ने इन आपत्तियों पर क्या किया? SIR के पहले तीन चरणों में 31 राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों की draft electoral rolls से 13.8 करोड़ नाम बाहर हुए हैं। श्री @RahulGandhi ने जिस Vote Chori और SIR का लगातार देश के सामने पर्दाफाश किया, आज वो सवाल सही साबित हो रहे है। ये लोकतंत्र से खिलवाड़ है। 24 अप्रैल 2026 को 73 विपक्षी राज्यसभा सांसदों ने CEC ज्ञानेश कुमार को हटाने के लिए Secretary General को नया Notice of Motion सौंपा था। संसद का Monsoon Session अभी तक prorogue नहीं हुआ है।क्या माननीय राज्यसभा सभापति अब उस लंबित Notice पर निर्णय लेंगे? आज सवाल केवल Vote Chori का ही नहीं है। सवाल भारत के लोकतंत्र और उसकी संस्थाओं पर सरकार द्वारा क़ब्ज़ा करने का है। उनकी स्वतंत्रता और निष्पक्षता का है। चुनाव आयोग के भीतर से सामने आए ये दस्तावेज मोदी सरकार और भाजपा-RSS की भूमिका पर अत्यंत गंभीर सवाल खड़े करते हैं। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी को जवाब देना ही होगा। भारत के लोगों से लोकतंत्र छीनने का षड़यंत्र करने वालों को मुँह तोड़ जवाब दिया जाएगा। #VoteChori

SIR केवल भाजपा द्वारा वोट चोरी व लोकतंत्र को खत्म करने का औज़ार ही नहीं है बल्कि ये Flawed Process एक Frankenstein Monster जिसने अब उसी के लोगों को फँसा दिया है !! भाजपा के ही कई बड़े नेता - भाजपा के वरिष्ठतम, लालकृष्ण आडवाणी जी, मौजूदा विदेश मंत्री, दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल (LG), राज्यसभा सांसद, पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री, पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री आदि शामिल हैं, इन सबको अब नोटिस दिया गया। हालत यह कि कि इससे पहले भारत रत्न से सम्मानित वैज्ञानिक व पूर्व नौसेना प्रमुख को भी नोटिस जारी किए जा चुके है। बंगाल में जिन लोगों के नाम काटकर उन्हें वोट देने से रोका गया, उनमें अब तक फैसला हुए मामलों में 93% लोग अपनी अपील जीत गए - यानि 1,13,943 लोगों को फिर से मतदाता सूची में शामिल किया जाएगा! वाह ! किस आधार पर उनका मताधिकार छीना गया? ऊपर से चुनाव आयोग आज आधिकारिक प्रेस विज्ञप्ति जारी कर के “VIP/marked electors” का वर्णन करता है। क्या अब भारत के Universal Adult Franchise में मतदाताओं की कोई Special Category है — VIP मतदाता और आम मतदाता? क्या हमारे संविधान ने जो One Person, One Vote, One Value का सिद्धांत दिया था, ये उसकी अवेहलना नहीं है? क्या VIP वोट अब ज्यादा क़ीमती हो गया है? SIR के पहले तीन चरणों में 31 राज्यों/केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों में 13.8 करोड़ मतदाता सूची से बाहर हुए—यानी 94.78 करोड़ मतदाताओं में से करीब 14.61%, उनपर हाथ पर हाथ धरे किसके इशारे पर बैठा रहता है? VIPs के लिए Press Release, करोड़ों आम मतदाताओं के लिए खामोशी!
