Turns out pen and paper can be weirdly powerful. Three pages completed since yesterday Wrote about my achievements for the day, mood, random thoughts, goals for next day, and did a morning brain dump Only a day in but I see the potential it has, especially in forcing me to stop and self-reflect for once Thank you for all the writing suggestions - it really helped me get started
Ok so I bought a journal and a pen Now what?

This is my ultimate hack for productivity 👇 Dreading doing that task u need to do? Just commit to 5 minutes. That’s it Here’s the magic: once u start, momentum takes over and u won’t want to stop Getting started is typically the hardest part. This method removes that barrier

Built a backend: 4KLOC, 5 DB entities Yet, just 2 REST APIs power 90% of business use cases Frontend integration will be a breeze Less = more 🚀

5/ If possible, persist your requests and schedule them asynchronously 🔸Store API calls as jobs in DB 🔸Process jobs via a scheduler 🔸Track status & retry failed requests Failed jobs durably stay in your DB giving you full control and visibility. No more lost requests ⚠️ Only applies for async flows. For requests that need a response synchronously, fail fast & let client retry

> attempt to open bank account online > id verification fails, told to visit branch > at branch, lady gaslights me that I never applied because she can’t find me in the system > turns out she was typing my id wrong the entire time > finally finds me but surprise, she can’t create the account > “system is down, we’ll call u” > 5 hours later get email: account created! > ..but no credentials to access it > call helpline and spend 15min on hold just to be gaslighted again “we definitely gave you credentials” > insist and get bombarded with a bunch of security questions > finally get access Welcome to Spain 🇪🇸
