Here is ETH bridged to L2s in the last 4 years and in the last 30 days. Honestly, until a chain like Robinhood can natively access and contribute to liquidity on mainnet with something like @etheconomiczone its hard to get excited about a bit of ETH flowing it to it.

ok, correction: seems like L2 beat is not tracking Robinhood yet. Once tracked we might actually see a small bump on the 30 day chart - still, hardly a substantial change in the overall dynamic.
