Sharing my personal experience regarding something similar, I had a manufacturer literally straight up misuse both my personal information and another customer's personal information, to which I felt the need to inform this person (whom I've seen vend a few times too) (1/5)
May be a controversial take but if you're going to vend at a convention you really need to have customer service skills. This might be the first and only time you're meeting the majority of these customers and some of y'all are completely blowing it.
