We had our first speaker, @kokoofweb3 , who spoke on Infrastructure, Contribution, and System Design in DeSci. He broke down the different infrastructures powering DeSci, the major challenges in the space, how they are being solved, and the future opportunities within decentralized science. One powerful point he made was that if DeSci systems had existed years ago, the COVID-19 pandemic response could have been faster, with research and possible cures moving more openly and efficiently.
